Chicken Inasal

Another Filipino dish, this time one for the grill, just in time for summer barbecuing! Chicken Inasal is an Ilonggo dish, or more specifically Bacolod dish. The chicken pieces, imbued with a reddish hue from achuete or annatto seeds, is nothing but appealing to your sight, but it’s the smell of inasal cooking that always brings about rumblings in the stomach, and you can’t wait to sink your teeth into it.
